concept The objective was to design a corporate brochure for Grubb & Ellis|Paramount. The brochure needed to accommodate timely and department-specific supplements based on Grubb & Ellis|Paramount's client's interest. To help justify printing and die cut costs, the brochure had to have a 1-year shelf-life.
